Cancellation Policy

Please read our scheduling policies before booking classes Classes are non-refundable if cancelled under 24 hours before the start of class. Refund policy due to illness: If you notify us by email or phone that you cannot attend class due to illness, ViaClay will refund 100% of your fee, less a $10 processing charge. Classes can be rescheduled upon request. Missed classes: When signing up, please be aware we do not schedule make-up classes or offer partial refunds for missed classes.

Class Policies

This class is restricted to individuals aged 21 and older. Students under 21 are not permitted to attend. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the class start time, as our staff need time to prepare the studio. If you expect to be more than 30 minutes late, please email us at info@viaclay.com. We will be happy to reschedule your reservation, as arriving more than 30 minutes late does not allow our staff enough time to provide the full class experience.
